XLR8 is one of Ben Tennyson's alien forms that he can assume from the Omnitrix in the Cartoon Network franchise Ben 10. He is a Kineceleran, a blue skinned, long tailed species that can run at extremely high speeds. His name is a play on the word "accelerate".
