Originally starring in his own 1956 self-titled film, Rodan is a pteranodon kaiju that can fly around at incredibly high speeds. He also has an association with heat, often living in volcanoes, showing resistance to heat to the point where one version even actively has magma flowing through his body, and has a form known as Fire Rodan.
