In real life, Okabe Masatsuna (1542-1583) is the son of Okabe Hisatsuna, and father of Okabe Nagamori, who fought a number of battles with the Takeda. However, this character tag isn't about him. It instead refers to the Muramasa character named after him, a female fox.
