flaccid
Used when a penis is visible but not erect. The default state of a humanoid penis when not sexually aroused, often it is pointing down, hanging loosely, or just sitting on top of the balls not doing anything in particular. Generally not applicable for most animal penises that are hidden within the body when not in use. Consider using fully sheathed or genital slit instead.
