earpiece
A small telecommunication device inserted into or clipped onto a character's ear. Earpieces typically only have one speaker (sometimes with a dangling wire) and should fit within the ear or cover a small amount of the outer ear. It should not have an extended microphone, have a pair of speakers, or cover the entirety of the ear.
