From the fandom of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, a bat pony is a hybrid character that is crossed between a pony and a bat (obviously). Bat ponies are often depicted having bat wings, slit-pupil eyes, fluff at the tips of their ears, and a set of tiny sharp fangs. Some bat ponies can also possess vampiric characteristics.
